Jerry Savelle
Jerry Savelle, known around the world for “talking people into winning,” is the founder of Jerry Savelle Ministries International and Heritage of Faith Christian Center, which are both organizations dedicated to sharing God’s message of love, acceptance and hope across the globe.
Since 1969, Jerry has been actively motivating people to not give up. He has ministered in more than 3000 churches and 26 nations, and has overseas offices in Tanzania, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and United States headquarters in Crowley, Texas.
God has used Dr. Savelle to impact people who are burned out on religion, and who have backslidden in their walk with God, as well as, Christians who have a need to hear the Word of God presented in everyday terms. His background and enjoyment of motorcycles and cars, gave birth to the Chariots of Light Motorcycle and Car Club and his cutting-edge television broadcast, all of which are being used as tools for attracting the lost to a loving God.
Dr. Savelle is the author of more than forty books, including his bestsellers, “If Satan Can’t Steal Your Joy, He Can’t Keep Your Goods,” and “You’re Somebody Special to God.”
In October of 2000, God put a desire in Jerry and Carolyn Savelle to reach out to hurting individuals and families locally; thereby establishing Heritage of Faith Christian Center, a church dedicated to raising up winners.
Carolyn Savelle
Carolyn has an amazing testimony of growing up her entire life under the power and anointing of Jesus. She was reared in Shreveport, Louisiana, where she attended services with Oral Roberts, William Branham and the famous, “Saw Dust Tent Revivals.” Throughout her life she has witnessed God’s miraculous power.
At the age of eight, she heard the voice of God calling her into the ministry. God spoke to her and said, “One day you will marry a man who will preach the gospel, and you will be missionaries in Africa.” Her husband, Dr. Jerry Savelle, is now a world-renowned evangelist and teacher of the Word of Faith.
Carolyn has such a love for families. Being a mother and grandmother, she recognizes the role of prayer in our homes and enjoys teaching others to pray. Her teachings have blessed thousands and made a profound impact on the lives of people throughout the world.
Senior Pastors Justin & Annette Bridges
Justin and Annette are a faithful couple who always do their best to display godly character, a gentle spirit and a true Pastor’s heart. They are dedicated to the unlimited possibility of a “winning” church, in the local community.
Justin was raised in a godly home on the East Coast; he initially pursued a business career. After his life-changing experience of salvation, and receiving the fullness of the Spirit in 1993, Justin began to recognize and pursue the call of God on his life. In answering that call, Justin followed God’s direction to Texas where he graduated from Jerry Savelle Ministries Bible Institute and School of World Evangelism. While in school and following graduation, Justin worked diligently in various capacities at JSMI, including Director of the Bible Correspondence School.
Annette was born and raised in South Texas where at a young age had a passion and desire to serve and pursue God. That pursuit carried her to Southwestern Assembly of God University. Since leaving SAGU she has had many opportunities to be in all types of ministry especially to troubled children and youth. Presently she is not just a Pastor but also the Director of Heritage Children’s Center and oversees the Women’s Ministry at HFCC.
Justin and Annette both have hearts to see people experience God’s best in their lives. They believe that according to Jeremiah 29:11, we have all been given a purpose, a plan, and a final outcome. It’s up to us in how we live our lives and the decisions we make if we ever experience God’s desired outcome. Justin and Annette believe that their mandate is to help people to not only see that God is a God of restoration and a God that values and loves them, but that they are able to come to a place where they will experience it and “win in life.”
Jason & Courtney McKay, DV8 Student Pastors
Jason has been in Youth & College ministry since 2000. He graduated from Heritage of Faith Bible Institute in 2003 and has been involved in leadership at Heritage of Faith since then. Courtney graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2004. Shortly after graduating; she began a 3 month internship in New York where she and Jason first met. After relocating to Dallas where she worked in Interior Design, she and Jason were married in October 2006. Jason & Courtney are now full time Youth Pastors and they are passionate about this generation and desire to see a revival in the high schools of America.
Lindsey Nichols, Praise & Worship Leader, Administrative Assistant
Lindsey moved from Oklahoma to Fort Worth, TX in September 2002 to attend Heritage of Faith Bible Institute. In November 2002, she joined the HFBI staff and then began working in the JSMI Correspondence School in June 2003. She worked for the bible school until November 2006 when she moved over to Heritage of Faith Christian Center. Lindsey serves as the HFCC Praise & Worship Leader, Administrative Assistant and as the DV8 Youth Praise & Worship Leader. Lindsey loves God with all of her heart, she loves teenagers and desires to see them grow in God.
Melissa Amaro, HFCC Receptionist
Melissa has been on staff since 2007. She and her family were charter members of HFCC in 2000. She has an extensive background in customer service and desires to bring the same level of excellence to HFCC.
