Volunteer

Here at Heritage of Faith we believe there are 4 stages of Church Membership:

1. Visitor
2. Attendee
3. Member
4. Volunteer

When you become a Member, we also encourage you to become a Volunteer. In Romans 12 it teaches that we are all members of one body and in order to have a healthy functioning body, all the parts of that body must be active. This means that each member of Heritage of Faith has unique abilities that are needed so we can achieve more for God’s kingdom.

Volunteering not only connects you with the church and causes you to take ownership of it but it connects you with other members by building relationships and brings you closer to God.

Here are some areas you might want to get involved in:

1. Ushers
2. Greeters
3. Media
4. Bookstore / Resources
5. Hospitality
6. Nursery
7. Children’s
8. Pre-Teens
9. Jr. High
10. High School
